Activities
Revitalizing the local community through agriculture and food - Harmony between nature, animals and people -
We produce organic vegetables and Tenkyu tea on our own farm, and provide safe, secure and delicious food through our restaurant, in order to connect people, promote the appeal of Takine Town, and bring vitality to the local community.
Our activities go beyond simply providing food. We value the blessings of nature, coexistence with animals, and protecting the environment in which people can live sustainably. We also value interaction with children and through local events.
Through agriculture and food, we aim to create a region where nature, animals, and people live in harmony.
Together with local residents and tourists, we will continue to enjoy the abundant blessings of nature and undertake initiatives that will lead to the future.
Mikochan restaurant
"We want our handmade food, made with lots of organic vegetables from our local town of Takine and full of love, to invigorate both body and mind."
With this in mind, we run Mikochan restaurant.
Using mainly locally grown seasonal ingredients, we use nostalgic, gentle seasonings inherited from our grandmothers. We strive to make warm, homemade bento boxes that will energize those who eat them, just like the ones our grandmothers and mothers used to make.

Grandma's local cooking class
As nuclear families become more common, it is becoming increasingly difficult to eat traditional local and home-style dishes that have been handed down for generations.
We also have local grandmothers hold cooking classes and conduct activities to help people learn about the region's local cuisine.
