Very well.What you are doing — learning to care deeply for others and moving forward with that intention — is the first of its kind in the world. Everything you are undertaking is exactly that.

You are learning the sacred rituals of the gods, understanding how to offer memorial services to the Buddhas, and striving to bring order to the present world. You are dissolving karmic bonds.You are the first collective in the world to undertake such a mission.

However, each and every one of you is still immature.The question is: how will you refine and correct that immaturity?

There are elders, there are adults, and there are children.Maintaining balance among these generations is the most important task of all.

Now then, let me make this clear — work is simple.Each person must take responsibility for the abilities they possess.If you have committed to do something, you must carry it through.To do so is what it means to take responsibility.

Those who cannot take responsibility should leave.Let those who can — complete the mission.

Those who keep saying “I can’t” — remove them.No one is to be forced.If someone says they cannot do it, then there is no need to ask them again.There are still many capable adults who are willing to do the work.

Keep it simple.Do not build anything with people you merely wish could do the work.Build it with those who can sincerely say,“Yes, I understand. Please let me take part.”

You already have many people.They are simply not being activated.Develop a perspective that brings people to life.

To care for others — that is what it means.Let people thrive.And if you are going to let them thrive, then bow your head.That is only natural.

Each one of you must begin to take responsibility for your own actions.If you say something — follow through.Those who cannot do so are not needed.

The present Takine will be built by those who take responsibility.Understand that clearly.

There is no room for hesitation.Live a life where you can take responsibility.

You are still far from ready — especially the young ones.Is that clear?
