Let's use the Tenku tea (sweet tea) that we serve during our daily worship services as an offering to the land.
The meaning of land memorial service
The place where you live is a place where karma is very strong for you. Your resentment and anger have polluted the land. By holding a memorial service there and warming the feelings of your ancestors and the spirits involved, the reason for their presence there as spirits will disappear and the land will return to its original purified state.
It is said that there are ancestors and related spirits in the land. Everyone goes to a place where they have the desire to become a spirit. By offering a memorial service to the land, you can quench your thirst.
Objective (Step 1)
"Generations of our ancestors have used this land, polluting it, but we have been able to survive to this day. Without the land we could not survive."
From Self to Altruism (Step 2)
Do this not only to your own home but to your city as well.
To the clan (family) god (Step 3)
"I would like to offer this sweet tea as a memorial for the land of XX. Please allow me to do so."
[While sprinkling sweet tea]
"We would like to use this sweet tea to offer prayers for the land of XX. Also, because the earth is connected to us, we would appreciate it if you could distribute it throughout XX town."
[To the clan (family) god]
"Thank you very much for allowing us to offer the land of XX Street with sweet tea through this land."
*If you have trees, sprinkle the water on them. The water will travel up the roots and be carried to the ground.
*Please return any unused land. If you are using it, please clean it up.
